Bookings

Online submissions are booking requests. A setup or table is confirmed only after AddaXP Café confirms availability. Pending requests may be cancelled using the booking reference and mobile number. For confirmed bookings, contact the café directly.

Orders

Online food submissions are pickup requests, not prepaid orders. The café confirms availability, preparation time and the final total before preparation. Prices and availability may change if an item is unavailable.

Offers and memberships

Offer names, loyalty tiers and promotional descriptions are subject to current availability, eligibility, duration and café confirmation. Ask for the applicable inclusions before purchase.

Food information

Please tell the team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. The kitchen may handle common allergens, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out.

Gaming and conduct

Customers are responsible for respectful use of equipment and the café space. Damage, unsafe behaviour or disruption may result in a session ending early.
